I received this email from a client this evening. What more could an agent want? Absolutely nothing!
I promise I won't inundate you with updates every day, but I think you're the only one who half-cares and this is SO much work!
So today hubby mowed all of the acre but the backyard. The guy your referred, Jim, mowed the back. I hand-pulled all the weeds at the fence line in and out because weed-eaters don't get in there, and I removed the table from the front porch, dug-up all the birdseed area for re-barking and sprayed the front porch again.
I also cleaned, bleached and cleared the shed outside the laundry room. Jim finished pressure washing (skylights and porch-top glass too); We need to paint a small area where plants stained the outside wall some. Jim and helper filled a trailer of stuff for the dump (not the first!). Hubby cleared and made the workshop look really nice! I did a little more on his studio. We both scrubbed bathtubs, but I think this could use more; I de-cluttered more in the office, made some room in the loom room. I plan to shop for goodies tomorrow for staging. So, if we had to, with our daily sweep, vacuum, bed-making, counter-wiping, we could have the place ready to show on a moments notice. But we really want to get the painting done, the nook set-up, the bark in and the other sheds cleared first.
So, hopefully, this will be the case. We're getting there by golly!
