Crescent City Real Estate News: Great Signage Sells Homes

Great Signage Sells Homes

I have found that signs bring business, lots of business.  Good signage is one of the best and most affordable marketing tools in a real estate agents arsenal.

These custom made riders just arrived and I am going to add them to the signs in front of my new home listings.  There is no better way to get the word out about these tax credits.

I average two - three signs per listing and they bring in the calls.  I have currently sold more listings in volume and number sold than any other agent in Del Norte County.

If you want to up your sales, increase name recognition and get more listings, order more signs and have your name on them. You won't regret it.  It is money well spent and has a great return on investment.

Here is more information on the tax credits:

California Tax Credit
Federal Tax Credit
Federal Tax Credit can be used as down payment

Good advice. Is there a place you are ordering your signs for reasonable prices?

Fran,

I totally agree! Great job!

I wish Texas would jump on a similar band wagon and increase the incentive, too!

Gosh, with all we hear in the news about the State of California on the verge of being bankrupt, I wonder how will that play out...????

Good luck to you!

I was just thinking about the $8k sign riders this morning... I just hate cluttering my signs with riders.  Stats show there shouldn't be more then 3: the main sign and one rider above and below.  I usually just have the one above it for people to text for instant information... and it's going to be hard to add one to the bottom as I don't want to "clutter" or "trash up" my seller's yard with a trashy sign with too much information... still weighing the options.

I agree Fran. I think signs are so important. I love getting sign calls, it proves to me that they really do work.

I hope you'll remember me if you learn of anyone moving to "The OC" and I will do the same!

Best regards.

Fran,

I think you are right about signs but some of the municiplaities I work in prohibit almost all forms of signs including riders and directional signs.
